Leading the management teams understanding of project portfolio

Developing internal reporting to secure strategic alignment of all projects under construction. 

Total assets under construction exceeded 25bn DKK spread over more than 20 projects

Tool made sure that management had full insight in current status of all projects and preparing reports for the Groups investment committee

Developing Loyalty Programme

Developed the financial side of new customer loyalty programme based on points in one of the largest retailer in Denmark, including linking to financial reporting, securing correct registration of consumption and earning of point at the POS and allocation between the different stores


Leading an understanding of the business value creation

Delivered a full end2end value chain follow up system in order to support the strategic initiatives in the business including running workshops with management to identify KPI's, defining how to calculate these and secure correct implementation.
